Subject: Activities of the music club

INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this report is to inform the principal about the present club’s activities, to propose
some recommendations to attract more students to join and to explain the current activities of the
club.

CURRENT ACTIVITIES
To begin with, as the vice-president of the club, I would like to report the fact that at the moment
there are two bands running, a rock band and a pop one. Both of them are having rehearsals in the
freshly redecorated rooms. There are also some students that perform solo, besides the bands.

FUTURE PLANS
In the next few months the music club is going to prepare and run a live concert. The school bands
and the talented students are going to perform here. Other colleges are going to be invited also.
Another important thing that is on the schedule are the music classes with instruments. The school
does not have teachers for guitar lessons, piano lessons, drums neither saxophone. Hiring some of
them is on the list also.

SUGGESTIONS
Furthermore, the club would strongly need some funds. With these funds, the club could invite some
musicians or important people for concerts to entertain people. Moreover, the club could be
advertised on a large scale, with commercials at the local radio station and many billboards.

CONCLUSION
Taking all this in consideration, the music club is an important thing to take into account. Moreover,
the continuous growth makes it worth funding even more.
