INTRODUCTION
The purpose of this report is to assess the suitability of a new office for Instal Impex in another
country.

GEOGRAPHICAL POSITION
An ideal place for a new office for Instal Impex in our country would be in the city of Arad. Arad is
located in the west of Romania and has connections with Western Europe through the highway. The
ideal place for the new office would be in the city center, where everything connects. In the center
people have access to public transport, restaurants, paid parking and many other.

POTENTIAL STAFF
This office suits to everyone who likes to interact with people. Here we want to open an office which
is based on bathroom equipment. Everyone who would come here can find a design for their
bathroom, to decorate it as they want.

COST
Building a new office in the city center is impossible, while there is no free space for that. The only
thing that could be done is to rent an old building and start redecorating it. The rent isn’t too cheap,
but it’s worth investing here. A recent survey showed that in Arad at least 7461 bathrooms are built
in 3 months, and we are not taking in account the fact that many others are redecorated every day.

RECOMMENDATION
To sum up, Arad would be able to provide Instal Impex with an important source of income. The
most important thing to take in account is the continuous growth of Arad city. Its connection with
Western Europe is another thing that must be said.
