INTRODUCTION
The aim of this report is to ask for permission to change the use of the property situated on Groove
Street, No. 21 that was purchased one week ago.

FUTURE PLANS
Currently, the property is used at sleeping activities, to be more exact a normal house. However, me
and my team want to convert it into a crowd activities building, a museum. The major problem here
is the fact that we need a lot of documents and approvals, thing that can take such a long time
without a little bit of the help from important people in the town.

BENEFITS TO THE COMMUNITY

Moreover, the community will benefit the most from the old property. The younger will see how life
was back then and the eldest will recall memories. Another important aspect is that there is no other
such amenities in the town, or in the vicinity. This thing can attract tourists and gain the town more
importance. This thing will also gather sources of income for the city on its own and will drop the
unemployment rate.

SUGGESTIONS
Furthermore, the faster the team gets the approval, the faster the redecoration begins. If it is
necessary the team can gather signatures from the neighbours that agree with the existence of a
museum on their street.

CONCLUSION
To sum up, running a museum will not be an easy job, but it is worth it.
