from the file of the Judicial Magistrate I, Namakkal, quash the same
(IN CRL.OP.NO.31706 OF 2019)

(ii)stay all further proceedings in C.C.No.429 of 2016 on the

file of the Judicial Magistrate 1, Namakkal, pending disposal of the
above CRL.OP.NO.31706 OF 2019.(IN CRL.M.P.NO.17351/2019)

(iii) dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners

in C.C.No.429 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate 1,
Namakkal, pending disposal of the above CRL.OP.NO.31706 OF 2019.(IN
CRL.M.P.NO.17353/2019)
