Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL
PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent For R1, the court made
the following order:-

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the


first respondent. Notice to the second respondent returnable by eight
weeks. Private notice is also permitted.

There shall be a stay of investigation in Crime No.34/18. Pending


disposal of the Criminal Original Petition.

Post after eight weeks.
