Confinement is one of the most heard words today. But do we all know what that means?

I searched the internet for the meaning of Confinement.

1. Act or effect of confining or confining.

2. State or condition of the person who is indoors or unable to leave, usually for health or
safety reasons.

For me, confinement is not being closed at home. For me confinement, we should spend as
much time at home as possible, but not endanger our physical and mental health. For we must
always keep physical exercise in practice.

We must avoid contact with other people who are outside the family "bubble" and spend as
much time at home. This is confinement, in my opinion, of course.
