Jerry wants to lose weight.

For me, what Jerry should do is exercise. He can start with something light, such as going for a
morning run. He should also go to a gym where he would help him a lot so that he can lose
weight. In the gym there is an instructor who can give you indications of what he should not
eat for example: he should not eat greasy food or junk food. Jerry should start a healthy diet,
he he has to start eating vegetables and greens and he should drink a lot of water because that
is very good for his health

If Jerry follows these indications he he in a little time he he he will lose weight and have a good
physique.
