Web & Graphic Design

● Must have experience in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Ability to work with other
applications in the Adobe suite will be advantageous.
● Must have an eye for high standard of design.
● Being highly proficient with Wordpress CMS and Plugins essential.
● Needs to be able to work with diverse themes and theme builders. Needs to be able
to recommend themes to clients based on sometimes vague briefs.
● HTML, CSS & Php knowledge will be advantageous.
● SEO and Site Optimization knowledge and implementation ability essential.
● Knows how to work with CPANEL, Softaculous/Installatron and other tools within
CPANEL.
● Knows how to manually access, backup, export and import databases from MySQL.

Technical Support (Server/WHMCS/Email/Hosting etc)

● Knowledge of the WHMCS platform and Resellerclub advantageous.

● Experience of domain, website and email hosting essential.
● Experience of email deployment & licensing, management and maintenance on
Microsoft & cpanel essential.
● Ability to troubleshoot basic computer problems such as browser issues (Chrome,
firefox, edge etc) and mail problems (outlook, thunderbird, mail etc) quickly and
reliably.
● Creation and Setup of traditional web servers.
● Troubleshooting of basic server issues & debugging.
● Solving of Networking Issues, be it server side or client side.
● Candidate will also need to perform regular checkups on systems set in place (e.g.
hosting expiration dates etc)

Certifications

● Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) certification essential.

● Other IT certifications would be advantageous.
