Thanks for your communication and interest in Tech58 (P) Ltd.

Further to your application and subsequent interview with us, we are pleased to offer you an employment as Software
Engineer Trainee on terms and conditions mutually agreed upon. Final Terms and conditions of employment will be shared
along with joining letter.

You will be on a probation period of six months. You are appointed to the position of Software Engineer Trainee and in this
capacity, you will report directly to Mr. Sham Parashar Your starting monthly remuneration will be 25,000/- which will
increase to 30,000/- after successful completion of the first 3 months of probation and review.
After successful completion of the of probation and review thereof, you will be entitled to of 35,000/- monthly remuneration.
Regular performance reviews will be done to assess your suitability.
All Salary revision shall be basis your performance.
You will be on one year contract; you need to sign legal bond with the company and you shall not resign office of Software
Engineer Trainee till the end of this contract period.
You are requested to report at our Gurgaon office and submit your joining report latest by Monday, 3rd Jan. 2022.
The details of your compensation package as “Annexure A” and Term &condition of your employment as “Annexure B”
will be shared at the time of joining.

While reporting for duty, kindly bring the following documents Office Timing & Leaves:-
in originals: -
1. Passport, Date of birth certificate. 1. Office Timing: - 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
2. All Educational Certificates & Mark sheets (Starting from 10th). 2. Twelve (12) Days Annual Leaves Allowed.
3. Two passport size photographs with white background. 3. Seven (7) Days Medical leaves Allowed.
4. All previous Experience letters and latest salary certificates. 4. Fifteen (15) Days Paternity leaves Allowed.
5. Two Reference Letters from your last organizations. 5. Second (2nd) & Fourth (4th) Saturday Working off.
6. Resignation and Relieving letter.
7. Aadhar Card.
