<How to boost up confidence?

In these days, many people’s confidence are getting low. There are many factors that makes people’s
confidence to decease. Such as beauty standard, someone compares you with someone, differences, a
nd bullying. Some of my friends don’t eat their lunch in school or they ear with their masks on. I a
sked them why, and they said it was because they thought they were ugly when they take off their
masks. However, I think they’re beautiful. Here’s some tips for people has low confidence in their sel
ves.

First is to try new things. Now a days, there are many things that you can try and grow interest ab
out. For me recently, I’m interested in writing a diary. When I write my diary, It makes me compare
myself through out the week, and reflect. So trying to write a diary is a way to improve your confi
dence. It is also good to be interested in technical things for the future and to try related things. A
nd to boost-up their confidence, find what actually you’re interested in and to know more about you
rself.

Second is to make different achievements. You can start off with making a ‘Bucket List’. Bucket List i
s a list of things a person wants to achieve or experience. We can think many easy ones. For instan
ce, learn a language, travel all around the world, run a marathon etc. We also can make a year goa
l. For instance, get good grades in
school, exercise every morning, etc. Making achievements like these will boost your self-esteem and
make you happy while finding what you want to achieve. You’ll also feel proud of as you achieve w
hat you want one by one.

Third is to practice self-love. Just saying “I love myself” in your mind won’t really help for self-loving.
Every night before you go to bed, think about what made you happy today. What made you laugh,
what made you sad, who helped you for something, and how much did you appreciate it. Look back
on today, reflect on yourself and keep study what you have learned today. That way, you'll find so
mething that's really valuable to you and give you confidence.

Confidence is really important for your emotional health. It can lead to problems such as depression
and anxiety. Saying negative things and being critical about yourself, thinking other people are better
than you, blaming yourself when things go wrong, and thinking you don't deserve to have fun. These
are the signs of low confidence and low self-esteem. In times like these, we should think positively
and praise ourselves for living up to this point. All life in the world is beautiful.
