Dear Mr. Malakar,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been offered employment at Hong Xiang Hotel
Pvt. Ltd. With effect from 20th Nov 2015 for one-year period under following conditions:

1. Your position shall be as a Cook and you should work under the Head Chef.
2. As per the company rule, you will be on probation for 3 months from the date of
hire.
3. Your gross salary will be NRS 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month.
4. Working hours shall be in accordance with company’s rules and regulations.
However, you are expected to exceed the normal working hour as and when
required.
5. You will be given a weekly day off as prescribed by the company. Facility of public
holidays will be prescribed by company.
6. Other Benefits:
a. You will be provided with free duty meal.
b. Company will provide you with uniform.
c. You will be given 14 days paid leave per year.
7. In case you wish to leave the company, you will have to give one month advance
written notice to management or one-month salary will be deducted if you fail to do
so.
8. The company shall have full right to terminate this service contact if:
a. Theft or any misconduct causing damage to company’s interest, property.
b. Drunk or drug abuse.
c. Crime or any other immoral activities committed by you.
9. On the expiry of the contract it may be renewed for further period with or without
change by mutual understanding.

committed of serving at least 1 year.
