Below is the recipe for Lemon Rice - One Pot Meal...

Ingredients needed:
Rice - 1 cup.
Sesame oil - 3 tablespoon.
Mustard seeds- 1 teaspoon.
Curry leaves - 1 bunch.
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 teaspoon.
Urad Dal - 2 tablespoons.
Channa Dal - 2 tablespoons.
Long Green Chillies - 2.
Lemon - 2 No.
Salt - as required.

Procedure:
Soak rice in water for atleast 20 minutes.
Take a pressure cooker and keep it on medium flame and add oil, once it gets heated
add Mustard seeds and let it splutter. Add curry leaves,Urad Dal, Channa Dal, Green
Chillies and saute well. Add Turmeric Powder.
Add 2 cups of water, rice (drain the water) and salt (i added 1 teaspoon).
Close the cooker, and cook till 3 whistles come. Take the cooker from heat. Let the
cooker settle for 5 minutes.
Open the cooker lid and add lemon juice. Mix well.

Instant Lemon Rice is ready. Serve with Potato fry or chips or pappads. Serves 2
members.
