NISSAN R&D conditionally recognizes that the aforementioned charging station is compatible with the
aforementioned NISSAN LEAF models. This recognition is only valid provided that the following four conditions are
met at a time:
1. Allthe software and hardware modifications recommended by NISSAN R&D are duly implemented on the
corresponding production-level charging stations.
2, The corresponding production-level charging stations prove a right performance under real-life usage
conditions,
3. The manufacturer offers active cooperation in order to fix any charging incidence resulting from malfunction
of the corresponding production-level charging stations,
4, The manufacturer keeps NISSAN Europe informed on any hardware or software modification taking place
after the finalization of the charging compatibilty tests to which this letter refers.

+ This letter is only valid provided that itis presented alongside the corresponding test report issued by
NISSAN R&D.
«This letter is not valid for any hardware or software changes made in the charging station after testing. The
manufacturer is expected to inform about the changes made, if any and if required it must be sent again for
testing
+ The charging compatibility tests to which this letter refers, the test reports issued by NISSAN R&D, and this
letter itself are exclusively meant for information and shall not be interpreted as agreement, favourable
pinion or approval through which NISSAN accepts any liability for or validates the quality of the
‘aforementioned charging station and the corresponding production-level units. Therefore, no NISSAN
company will be liable for any issue arising from compatibility problems caused by the aforementioned
charging station or by the corresponding production-level units.

and for the corresponding production-level units,
+ This certificate does not claim that the manufacturer and/or seller is @ Nissan recommended partner.
