Case Study: A Challenge for Quality

I will tell the CEO that implementing the quality standards of ISO 9000 will help us to solve the
company’s problems through making our reputation good in the eyes of people. Implementation of ISO
9000 has many benefits such as increasing marketability, customer satisfaction, attracting investors and
many more. It’s hard to qualify for the standards of ISO, but it’s also for the company. It’s a win-win
situation for both the company and its people.
