BASTISMAL ARRANGEMENT

Prerequisites:
- Parents who are civilly married and wishes their first child to be baptized must swear
to be married according to the Sacrament of Matrimony, if not but still wishes their
second and succeeding children be baptized are not able to receive any baptismal
certificate from the Parish office
- Entering into a Catholic living demands a strong conviction to follow what the
Sacrament of Baptism asks, that is to live a Christian-virtuous life, lead the children to
a holy life and educate them of the doctrines, practices and beliefs of the Roman
Catholic Church.

THE PROMISE
We, the undersigned are the parents of ________________________________, were civilly

on ______________________________, so hereby understand and abide with what the
Sacrament of Baptism demands to the faithful. We as parents are ready to raise our children
God will give us as good Christians. We promise the St. Francis of Assisi Mission Parish, its
ministers and faithful people of God, that we will receive the Sacrament of Matrimony as an
expression of our love of God and towards our children on________________________-
