In the court, the code of ethics was mentioned to fulfill the aspirations of the community which

wants court officers and staff to always be prudent, virtuous and act fairly when performing their
duties. It is in addition to the Public Officers (Conduct and Discipline) Regulations 1993, which aims
to assist and guide court officers and staff to always serve honestly, diligently and responsibly, as
well as concerned with matters related to law and administration of justice in this country. It is also
emphasized that the integrity and independence of the court is an important principle that must be
maintained by every officer and staff of the court. They are required to always avoid things that
could affect the principle. Thus, in matters relating to code of conduct and conduct, the code of
ethics states that every officer and staff of the court must always display good and respected code of
conduct and manners, whether during or outside office hours. Perfect preparation before attending
a trial in court. Ensure that all witnesses are present and ensure that all documents/case items are
available so that they are not left behind. the prosecuting officer accepts/respects the decision of
the court if the decision extends beyond the decision we think. Present evidence fairly in sequence,
concisely and thoughtfully. Justice should not only be done but seen to be done
