Afghanistan – effect on its bordering countries

Based on the four charts of nations (of Iran, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and
Turkmenistan), by February 2022 there will be instability among these nations
surrounding Afghanistan due to border conflicts with Afghanistan.

Additionally, in Iran there can be changes in the Government or current

government can be toppled or death/assassination of some top political
leaders.

Additionally, in Iran there will be widespread protests, riots, etc.

Analysis:
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan is a landlocked country at the crossroads of
Central and South Asia. It is bordered by Pakistan to the east and south, Iran to
the west, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan to the north, and Tajikistan and China
to the northeast. Islam is the religion most common in the Central Asian
Republics, Afghanistan, and the peripheral western regions. Most Central Asian
Muslims are Sunni, although there are sizable Shia minorities in Afghanistan
and Tajikistan. All the charts of nations taken in this article is from the Book of
World Horoscopes by Nicholas Campion.

After the takeover of Afghanistan by Taliban, I have written articles on its

bordering countries namely Pakistan and its effect on Kashmir.

Now, this article prompted me to look into the bordering countries of

Afghanistan and what will be the effect of takeover of Afghanistan be on these
countries (like Tajikistan, Iran, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan). While analysing
these countries charts what was commonly found was the affliction to the 3 rd
house (signifying bordering countries) of all these countries. Additionally, as far
as Iran chart is concerned the 10th house and 6th house were also found under
affliction.

Relations between Afghanistan and Tajikistan began in 1992. Afghanistan

maintains an embassy in Dushanbe and a consulate in Khorugh. The current
Afghanistan ambassador to Tajikistan is LTG. Mohammad Zahir Aghbar.
Tajikistan maintains an embassy in Kabul and a consulate in Mazari Sharif,
Faizabad and Kunduz. The current Tajikistan ambassador to Afghanistan is
Sharofiddin Imom. The Panjshir valley in Afghanistan has Tajikistan as its
border.

Let us look at each country surrounding Afghanistan. The chart given below is
of Iran which was recently renamed as “Islamic Republic of Iran”.

The Ascendant rising is Cancer at 23.42 degrees. The 3 rd house is at 14.25

degrees Virgo whose lord is Mercury in the 8 th house in the bhava chart.
Mercury is at 3.42 degrees in Pisces and it is connected with Ketu in the natal
chart. The transit Ketu currently in Scorpio is at 11.17 degrees. It will afflict
natal Mercury by February 2022. The transit Ketu will simultaneously afflict
natal Jupiter in Cancer at 5.30 degrees. Jupiter is lord of 6 th house of fights,
terrorism, riots, protests, etc. Also, the 10 th lord Mars is in the 8th house in the
bhava chart in Pisces at 2.03 degrees. The transit Ketu in Scorpio while
afflicting the Mercury will also afflict natal Mars by February 2022. The 10 th
house signifies government and top political leaders. So, in addition to border
conflict there will be instability in the Iran government and the current
establishment can be toppled or there will be change of guard. There is also
possibility of death or assassination of top political leaders of Iran.

Next let us look at chart of Tajikistan.

The Ascendant rising is Scorpio at 3.39 degrees. The lord of the 3 rd house is
Saturn which is in the 2nd bhava in Capricorn at 6.59 degrees. In the natal chart
Saturn is connected with Rahu. The transit Rahu is currently in Taurus at 11.17
degrees. It will afflict natal Saturn by December 2021.

Next let us look at Uzbekistan.

The Ascendant rising is Libra at 14.01 degrees. The 3 rd house has Saturn in
Capricorn at 7.24 degrees. In the natal chart Saturn is connected with Rahu.
The transit Rahu currently in Taurus at 11.17 degrees will afflict natal Saturn by
November 2021.
Next let us look at Turkmenistan.

The Ascendant rising is Sagittarius at 5.07 degrees. The 3 rd house lord Saturn is
in the Asc in bhava chart in Capricorn at 6.51 degrees. In the natal chart Saturn
is connected with Rahu. The transit Rahu is in Taurus currently at 11.17
degrees and it will afflict natal Saturn by December 2021.
