STATEMENT OF UNDERTAKING

I, Tran Thi Hai, a Vietnamese, of legal age, single, and with office address at AMSAI DIGOS Rizal
Avenue San Jose Digos City, Philippines, after being duly sworn in accordance with law, depose and
state:

1. That I am the School Administrator of Ananda Marga Special Academic Institution

(AMSAI), Maharlika, Inc., a Pre-Elementary School located at Atis Extension,
Dadiang West, General Santos City, 9500 Philippines.

2. The School Year 2021- 2022 facing difficulty because of the Corona Virus pandemic
in large areas of the Philippine and all over the world. To protect the health of
young children and reduce transmission of the virus there are some guidelines
made of the Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Education (DepEd)
that the FACE to FACE class does not allow until the further notice or information.
Hence, for the school year 2020-2021 to start as the plan we are decided to turn
the teaching to distance learning which is online blended distance learning and
modular home learning for the level Based on the K to 12 Most Essential
Learning Competencies (MELC), and supplemented by Neo-Humanist
Education Methods of Instruction.

3. Therefore, to able to deliver the lesson properly to young children, Academic

coordinator of Ananda Marga Special Academic Institution (AMSAI) following the
guidelines of the DepEd and at the same time Amsai provide Moodle Learning
Management System (LMS) constructed under the cloud host server with the
domain name https://www.amsaielearning.com to give differences training to
teacher on to prepare online lesson to the student through difference platform
and how to prepare the printed modular so that student able to catch maximum
knowledge as same as in the face to face class.

4. At the same time, we also given the guideline to parents to well understand to able to
cooperate with school in modality their child while has home school. The faculty and
staff of AMSAI consider it a privilege and a God given responsibility to assist parents in
the education and training of each student.

5. That being given the above-mentioned, it is our school responsibility to prove and
provide that all the learning material (for both modular and online class) are
available and ready for the school year;

6. That our school responsibility to provide all accessibility e-learning platform for
each User are available and ready for the school year;

7. That itemized current rates of tuition fees and other charges and corresponding
itemized proposed changes thereon and the charges to be imposed with its
percentage and its allocation for salaries, paying the books, host server and other
expenditures and its summary is properly presented and discussed to all parents
and teachers concerned.

8. That our school responsibility to provide all the minimum requirement of DepEd in
term of learning competencies and times allotment and promotion and retention;
 9. As such, I am executing this Affidavit of Undertaking to attest to the truth of the
foregoing and for whatever legal purposes that this may serve.
