- Always is a Power Ballads genre song that is written and performed by Jon Bon Jovi in

1993 and published in 1994. Bon Jovi decided to write that song for the movie Romeo
is Bleeding but they didn't like the movie.

- As a Psychological Approach for this song, it could be interpreted as a heart that is hurt
by the absence of its beloved in its fragment of the song

“It's been raining since you left me, now I'm drowning in the flood, you see I've always
been a fighter, but without you, I give up”.

But beyond that, the lyrics have other meanings that lead us to the typical couple
where the man becomes obsessed with his beloved, causing conflict and
disappointment, as it appears in his video.

In his verse “And I will love you, baby, always. And I'll be there forever and a day,
always I'll be there till the stars don't shine. Until the heavens burst and the words
don't rhyme, I know when I die. You'll be on my mind And I'll love you, always”

he mentions that in spite of everything he will always love her, even if she is not by
her side.

- In postmodernism, his lyrics in general are related to the individual-society

contrast, since society judges the protagonist for being an obsessive person. On the
other hand, I can see the same from another point of view of the song as Romeo
has her unconditional love for Juliet and vows to love her forever.

- And like Theory and Practice, the song was written for the film Romeo is Bleeding in
1993, it had more than one and a half million copies sold in the United States and
more than four million worldwide being reproduced by several Latin American
countries and Spain.

In his lyrics, he names Romeo from Shakespeare's play comparing the unconditional
love he had for Juliet forever. The lyrics have meanings of possession, regrets,
sadness, and infidelity.
