Vision

To maintain giving the best yet affordable doughnut in the Brgy. Balaogan and established a store
branch in Towncentre within the next 3 years.

Mission

To provide a mouthwatering doughnut that give satisfaction to customer with affordable price that can
meet their (customer's) demand and maintain the product business minded.

1. Discuss the Balanced Scorecard specifically its basic processes.

-Balanced Scorecard is a strategic planning that use to align the company's vision and strategies to the
activities of the organization. And there is 4 process namely; Development a clear-cut strategy,
Communicating the strategic objectives, Planning Strategies, Monitoring strategic implementation

2. Explain the importance of a mission/vision statement in a company.

- Mission and vision statement in a company is very important because mission statement provides the
organization with a clear and effective guide for making decisions, while the vision statement ensures
that all the decisions made are properly aligned with what the organization hopes to achieve l. Without
this 2, company will not have a successful strategic plan.

3. Compare and contrast the different power Ps and the sub methods of each of the power Ps.

The different powér P's differ in concept and perspective purpose or point. Just like;

-Position. is the advantage that an organization gains in the hands of the consumers. It is a position that
a company should not allow to be snatched by its competitors. Position strategies are best exemplified
by Porter’s Generic Strategies.

-Power. A company should enjoy power over its competitors. It is a competitive edge, a following of
some sort that a company should not allow competitors to surpass. There are power strategies that can
be used by a company.

-Pace. There is timing and intensity of strategy put on the ground. It is the right time for a strategy to
work. This includes the adaptive methods.

-Potential. It is the probability of the success elements of particular strategy. It is necessary to know the
important characteristics of a product or services that will spell success.
-Performance. It is the effective implementation of a particular strategy. Excellent performance related
to growth strategies.

4. How do Porter’s generic strategies differ from his previous model, the five forces model? Which is
more effective?

-Michael Porter's Generic Strategies are a useful framework for organisations to identify a potential
niche in which they can gain a competitive advantage in any industry. While Five Forces analysis can be
used to guide business strategy to increase competitive advantage. And for me, Generic strategies are
more effective.

5 How do you integrate the power Ps with the vision and mission of the company?

- I'll integrate it by means of corporating the ideas of the power P's with the said vision and mission of
the company
