AGREEMENT BETWEEN A COMPANY AND MANAGER

Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at ................................ hereinafter
called the company, of the ONE PART and Shri A son of B resident
of ....................................... hereinafter called Shri A of the OTHER PART.

WHEREAS the company is engaged in manufacture of steel in various forms at its

factory at ....................................................

AND WHEREAS Shri....................................... who was working as the factory manager

with the company has resigned and went abroad for higher studies.

AND WHEREAS The company wanted to employ a manager for its factory and for that
purpose advertised the vacancy in the leading newspapers and after interviewing all the
candidates, who had applied for the post, has selected Shri A for the post of Manager.
