PREPARATION TEST PACKAGE DOCUMENTS

1. Define the Test Boundaries:

o Marked-up piping layout / location plan
o Marked-up P&ID and/or Isometric Drawings
o Indicate in the drawings location of blinds, fill point and drain point
locations, valves (opened or closed), vents at high points & drains at low
points, etc.

2. Narrative of the Test Procedure:

4. Complete the Test Instructions: use Pressure Test Report Form 000 509 F75201
5. Prepare the System Subsystem for testing

6. Conduct Pre-test Inspection / Sign-off Release

7. Perform Test - perform the test in accordance with the Test Instructions

8. Provide instructions to verify Satisfactory Test Result

9. Provide instructions for the restoration of the system i.e. draining instructions,
removing temporary supports, installation of equipment/instruments excluded
from the test
