today. We apologize for what happened and so that we can help you in the best possible way I ask you to
tell me a date and another day to reschedule the cleaning, please.

best possible experience and if that doesn't happen we are willing to offer a reclean to repair what
happened. However, we don't work with refunds :(

Hi! We saw that you made a cancellation last minute and we understand that something personal may
have happened. Despite this, we inform that we have a late cancellation fee of $40 that will be charged
