• Is there a connection between the location of our country and its natural resources
(abundant water, fertile soil, diverse plants and animals, precious metal deposits, and
geothermal power, to name a few)? What is the evidence?
• Most resources are finite. Which of our practices in using natural resources are sustainable?
Which are not sustainable?
• How can we help conserve natural resources so that future generations can also enjoy them?
