12 First Information contents:

To The Commissioner of Police, Amritsar. Sub: For taking stem action and to register an FIR under appropriate
sections of Indian Penal Code against Pawan Kumar S/o Power Corporation Limited , Ajnala , Distt. Amritsar,
his wife Geeta and son Love for committing cheating , fraud , forgery , misappropriation complainant . Satpal,
Senior Assistant , Punjab State of amount pup threatening the Sir, It is respectfully submitted as under :- 1.
That the complainant is the resident of Kache Pakke Quarters , Gali No.5, Azad Nagar , Azad Road , Near
Medicines Wala , Chheharta, Amritsar and she is a law abiding citizen of India. 2. That the complainant is a
handicapped lady and she is having one daughter who is married and one son Sayam Sharma who is residing
with her and at the present the complainant is working as T.D. in Civil Dispensary at Rayya , Baba Bakala Sahib,
Distt. Amritsar. 3. That the complainant was having good family relations with the accused persons as the
accused no. 1 Pawan Kumar is son of her maternal mother-in-law (Massi Sas) who is alongwith his wife and
son were used to visit the house of complainant being relatives. 4. That in the month of February 2016, the
accused no.1 approached the complainant on the pretext that he will provide government job to her son
Sayam Sharma at the office of District and Session Judge , S.A.S. Nagar Mohali , as he is having approach with
the District and Session Judge , Mohali, as such the accused allured the complainant for the government job
for her son and told that if the complainant would give Rs.12 Lacs to him he will provide the government job
to her son as process server of the court . He also assured the complainant that this amount of Rs. 12 Lacs will
be paid by the complainant in instalments from time to time to him and as and when directed by him due to
followup procedure of service the and the said amount of Rs. 12 lacs will be kept with him as security and will
be returned if the job will not be given to her son. 5. That the complainant fell prey and in order to save the
future of her son handed over Rs.1,00,000/-to the accused Pawan Kumar after withdrawing the same from her
bank account on dated 03.08.2016, Rs. 80,000/- on 06.09.2016 and Rs 40,000/-. On 02.11.2016 after collecting
the same from her relatives, friends, cns rear and dears with utmost difficulty .The amounts were given to the
accused Pawan Kumar , Geeta and Love as per directions of the accused Pawan Kumar . The dealing of
transactions and handling over the amount was took place in the presence of all the accused persons. 6.That
thereafter, as per demands raised by theaccused on the pretext of following the procedure of getting job for
the son of the complainant , she handed over/transferred the amount to his bank account as well as bank
account of people namely Raveena Dhiman, Rajneesh Kumar , Rajinder Singh , Sanjeev Kumar and Anu as
ordered by the accused from 07.01.2017 to 25.06.2018 thereby received a total sum of Rs. 12,00,000/-
including Rs.3,00,000/- taken as personal loan by the complainant for the above said purpose, installaments of
which are being paid by the complainant till date. Some of the amounts were also given to accused Geeta and
Love as per directions of accused Pawan Kumar . Copies of account statements and deposit slips are being
attached herewith for the kind persual of Hon’ble court .7.That the complainant paids Rs. 12,00,000/- and
educational certificates of her son to the accused persons with the hope in her mind that her son Sayam
sharma will be settled and will be get a government job in the District and session courts, S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali.
8. That the accused Pawan Kumar had assured the complainant that her son will be employed soon in the
session courts as the process server. The innocent complainant come into sweet words of the accused and
couldnot understand that a fraud is being committed by the accused in connivance with each other and with
the government officials .9. That after that whenever the complainant approached the accused persons for the
job of her son,they used to make excuses on the pretext or the other and did not provide job to the son of the
complainant .10.That whenever the complainant asked the accused person either to get the for job for her son
or to return money or educational certificates , on that the accused person showed their inability to provide
job by making one after other excuses .11.That is also pertinent to mention here that the accused in
connivance of with each other had also forged and fabricated one office order/letter for the appointment of
process server on temporary basis for the son of the complainant from the office of District & session Judge ,
S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali and sent the same to complainant and told that they have arranged service for her son as
process server in office of District & session judge , S.A.S. Nagar, Mohali, but upon inquiry it to the knowledge
of the complainant that the alleged appointment letter/ order was not issued from that said office rather same
was forged and fabricated by the accused person in order to cheat the complainant . Copy of the said forged
and fabricated letter is being attached herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon’ble Court.12. That therewith,
in the month of November 2020 the complainant demanded her money back along with the educational
certificates of her son from the accused persons and asked them why they have cheated the complainant , on
the accused persons did not gave any satisfactory reply and assured to return certificates as well as amount of
Rs. 12 lacs to the complainant and this fact has been admitted by the accused Pawan Kumar in the WhatsApp
Chat with the complainant. Copy of the WhatsApp chat is being attached herewith for the kind perusal for
Hon’ble court. 13. That thereafter , instead of complying with the assurance to the complainant , the accused
persons started threating the complainant that they will not return even a single penny to her and threatened
her to do whatever she can do.14.That the accused persons have dishonestly cheated the complainant
committed forgery for the purpose of cheating the complainant pup the accused have also misappropriated
Rs.12 Lacs given by the complainant for the job of her son and also hurdled threats to the complainant .If is ,
therefore prayed that a stern action amay kindly be taken and an FIR under appropriate sections of Indian
Penal Code may kindly be registered against accused Pawan Kumar S/o Satpal , Senior Assistant , Punjab State
Power Corporation Limited, Ajnala distt. Amritsar his wife Geeta and his son Love , for committing cheating,
fraud , forgery, misappropriation of amount and threating the complainant in the interest of justice , equity

well as the amount of Rs.12 lac to the complainant and this fact has been admitted by the acçused
Pawan Kumar in whatsapp chat with the complainant. Copy of whatsapp chat is being attached
herewith for the kind perusal of this Hon'ble Court. 13. That thereafter, instead of complying with the
assurance to the complainant, the accused persons started threatening the complainant that they will
not return even a single penny to her and threatened her to do whatever she can do. 14. That the
aCcused persons have dishonestly cheated the complainant committed forgery for the purpose of
cheating the complainant pup the accused have also misappropriated Rs.12 lacs given by the
complainant for the job for her son and has also hurdled threats to the complainant. If is, therefore,

ਬਿਆਨ ਕਲਮਬੱ ਧ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ । ਜਿਸ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਪੈਸੇ ਸਫਰ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਬੈਂਕ ਸਟੇਟਮੈਂਟਾਂ , ਰਸੀਦਾਂ , ਵੱ ਟਸਐਪ
ਚੈੱਟ ਦੇ ਸਕਰੀਨ ਸ਼ਾਟ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੱ ਤਰ ਦੀ ਇੱ ਕ ਕਾਪੀ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ । ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਉਕਤ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਲਿਖਤੀ
ਬਿਆਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ । ਜੋ ਉਕਤ ਬਿਆਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਰਾ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਵਾਚਣ ਹਿੱ ਤ ਲਫ਼ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਹੈ । ਜੋ ਅਸਲ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ,
ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਪੈਸੇ ਸਫਰ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰ ਧੀ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ , ਵੱ ਟਸਐਪ ਚੈਟ ਅਤੇ ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ
ਤੋਂ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਉੱਤਰਵਾਦੀ ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਮਮਤਾ ਰਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਸੀ ਸੱ ਸ ਦਾ ਲੜਕਾ ਹੈ । ਉੱਤਰਵਾਦੀ ਪੰ ਜਾਬ
ਰਾਜ ਪਾਵਰ ਕਾਰਪੋਰੇਸ਼ਨ , ਹਾਲ ਗੇਟ , ਅੰ ਮਿਤਸਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਬਤੌਰ ਹਲਕਾ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ । ਜੋ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰੀ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ
ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਤਨੀ ਅਤੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਸਮੇਤ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਸੀ । ਮਹੀਨਾ ਫਰਵਰੀ 2016 ਵਿੱ ਚ
ਉੱਤਰਵਾਦੀ ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਸੰ ਯਮ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਜੱ ਜ , ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ. ਨਗਰ ,
ੈ ਸਰਵਰ ਦੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦਿਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਬਿਆਨ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ । ਜਿਸ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ
ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਪ੍ਰੋਸਸ
ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਪਾਸੋਂ 12 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਮੰ ਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਅਤੇ ਦੱ ਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਰਕਮ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਸ਼ਤਾਂ ਵਿੱ ਚ ਦੇਣੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ
ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਜਿੰ ਨੀ ਰਕਮ ਦੀ ਜਰੂਰਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੱ ਸ ਦਿਆ ਕਰੇਗਾ । ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਰਕਮ 12 ਲੱਖ ਉਸ ਪਾਸ ਬਤੌਰ
ਸਕਿਓਰਿਟੀ ਰੱ ਖੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਨਾ ਮਿਲਣ ਤੇ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਣੀ ਬਿਆਨ ਹੋਈ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ
ੋ ਾਪੀ ਵੀ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ । ਜਿਸ ਮੁਤਾਬਿਕ ਇਹ ਕਾਪੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪਵਨ
ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੇਸ ਸਰਵਰ ਦੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਤੇ ਇੱ ਕ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੱ ਤਰ ਦੀ ਫੋਟਕ
ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ ਸੰ ਯਮ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਦੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦਾ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੱ ਤਰ ਕਹਿ ਕੇ ਵੱ ਟਸਐਪ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਭੇਜੀ ਸੀ । ਜਿਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿੱ ਤਾ
ਸੀ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਇਹ ਪੱ ਤਰ ਸਾਈਨ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਪਰੰ ਤੂ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਪੜਚੋਲ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ ਕਿ ਇਹ
ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੱ ਤਰ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਹੈ । ਜੋ ਉਕਤ ਜੁਬਾਨੀ ਮੁਆਹਿਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਸਮੇਂ - ਸਮੇਂ ਤੇ ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਰਕਮ
ਕੈਸ਼ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਰਕਮ ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਜਾਂ ਉਸ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਦੱ ਸੇ ਗਏ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱ ਚ ਸਫਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ । ਜਿਸ

, ਰਜਨੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ , ਰਜਿੰ ਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ , ਸੰ ਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਅਤੇ ਅਨੂੰ ਉਕਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱ ਚ ਮਮਤਾ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਜੋ ਪੈਸੇ ਵਾਂਸਫਰ ਕਰਵਾਏ ਗਏ
, ਇਹਨਾਂ ਖਾਤਾ ਧਾਰਕਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਕੀ ਸਬੰ ਧ ਹਨ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਵਿੱ ਚ ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਦੱ ਸਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੰ ਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਉਸ ਦਾ
ਦੋਸਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਬੱ ਸੀ ਪਠਾਣਾਂ ,ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਫਤਹਿਗੜ੍ਹ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾ ਰਹਿਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ । ਅਨੂ ਸੰ ਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੀ ਭੈਣ ਹੈ , ਰਵੀਨਾ ਧੀਮਾਨ
ਅਤੇ ਰਜਨੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਸੰ ਜੀਵ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦੀ ਭਣੇਵੀਂ ਅਤੇ ਭਣੇਵਾਂ ਹਨ । ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ ਰਜਿੰ ਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਨਹੀਂ
ਜਾਣਦਾ । ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਉਕਤ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਈ ਚੈਟ ਦੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਸਕਰੀਨਸ਼ੋਟ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਚਣ ਤੇ ਵੀ ਇਹ ਗੱ ਲ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ
ਆਈ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਮਮਤਾ ਰਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਸੇ ਵਾਪਿਸ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਗੱ ਲ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ । ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਲਾਵਾ
ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਜਿਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਜੱ ਜ , ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ. ਨਗਰ , ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਜੀ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦੇ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੱ ਤਰ ਦੀ
ੋ ਾਪੀ ਜੋ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ ਪਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅਥਾਰਿਟੀ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਸਤਖਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ । ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਇਹ ਪੱ ਤਰ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਹੋਣਾ

ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਉੱਤਰਵਾਦੀ ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਵਿੱ ਚ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਮਮਤਾ ਰਾਣੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰ ਅਤੇ
ਜਾਣਕਾਰ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਤੇ ਹੈਂਡੀਕੈਪਡ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਪਾਸੋਂ ਸਮੇਂ - ਸਮੇਂ ਤੇ ਪੈਸਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਮੰ ਗ ਕਰਨ ਤੇ ਪੈਸੇ ਦਿੱ ਤੇ ਜਾਣ ਬਾਰੇ ਬਿਆਨ
ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ । ਲੇ ਕਿਨ ਪਵਨ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਇਸ ਸਬੰ ਧੀ ਕੋਈ ਸਬੂਤ , ਬੈਂਕ ਸਟੇਟਮੈਂਟ , ਰਸੀਦ ਜਾਂ ਗਵਾਹ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਿਆ । ਜੋ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ
ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸਮੁੱ ਚੀ ਖੂਫੀਆ ਅਤੇ ਐਲਾਨੀਆਂ ਪੜਤਾਲ , ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਬੈਂਕ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ , ਵੱ ਟਸਐਪ ਚੈਟ ਦੇ
ਸਕਰੀਨਸ਼ੌਟ , ਹਾਸਿਲ ਕੀਤੇ ਬਿਆਨਾਤ ਅਤੇ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਸਬੰ ਧਿਤ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਾਚਣ ਤੇ ਪਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਉੱਤਰਵਾਦੀ ਪਵਨ
ਕੁਮਾਰ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਮਮਤਾ ਰਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਮਾਸੀ ਸੱ ਸ ਦਾ ਲੜਕਾ ਹੋਣ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਮਮਤਾ ਰਾਣੀ ਨੂੰ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰੀ
ਦੇ ਭਰੋਸੇ ਵਿੱ ਚ ਲੈ ਣਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਦੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਸੰ ਯਮ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਜੱ ਜ , ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ. ਨਗਰ , ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ

ਵੱ ਲੋਂ ਦਰਖਾਸਤ ਦਹਿੰ ਦੀ ਨੂੰ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਲੜਕੇ ਸੰ ਯਮ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਦੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਸਬੰ ਧੀ ਮਾਨਯੋਗ ਜਿਲਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੈਸ਼ਨ ਜੱ ਜ , ਐਸ.ਏ.ਐਸ. ਨਗਰ ,
ਮੋਹਾਲੀ ਦਾ ਜਾਅਲੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੱ ਤਰ ਜਿਸ ਉੱਪਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅਥਾਰਿਟੀ / ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਦੇ ਦਸਤਖਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਹਨ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਧੋਖਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ

ਰਹੇ ਹਨ । ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਦੀ ਤਫਤੀਸ਼ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਜੇਕਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੀ ਮਿਲੀਭੁਗਤ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਦੌਰਾਨੇ
