education. Follow the steps / stages on Informal Assessment ;
The following:
I. Child’s Data
a. Childs’s Information
b. Child’s History
c.Family Background
II.Screening
a. Observed Behavior ( give activities to measure child’s ability.
Prepare activity sheets; IMs like flashcards of
colors,sizes,numbers,pictures,cut outs etc.) Write the observed
behaviour shown by the child.
b. Findings
c. Recommendation
I. Diagnosis (In- Depth testing of the screening result)

c.Recommendation
