Topic : Who’s the best ever basketball player?

The greatest basketball player is not based on how good the teams are, how many trophies, rings,
and MVP’s they had. It’s all about the passion and perseverance of being the best of the best. Their
mentality is what makes their name go down in history as the greatest of all time, or better called
the “GOAT”. The most remembered names of best basketball player are always Michael Jordan and
Kobe Bryant. Of course, there are many names alongside them, such as Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, Wilt
Chamberlain, and many more, but none are as influencing as they both. Michael Jordan and Kobe
Bryant both showed their dominance and superiority from others in terms of basketball. So, it is best
to compare both of them, because there can only be one GOAT.

Michael Jordan is an American former basketball player born on February 17, 1963. He has played
for two basketball team on his whole basketball career, Chicago Bulls and Washington Wizards. He
played as Shooting Guard. From Michael Jordan’s side, he was widely considered as the inventor of
the mastery of basketball. He played in a more competitive environment. When he first won his two
championships, the NBA is just starting to expanding. Because Jordan was playing against much
stronger competition, he has an advantage. The strongest point to prove that MJ is the real GOAT is
the fact that MJ never lose a single NBA Finals series.

Kobe Bryant is an American former basketball player born on August 23, 1978 and died on January
26, 2020. He has only played for Los Angeles Lakers in his entire career as Shooting Guard. His
perseverance and mentality are what made him famous. He worked harder than others to prove
that he will always be more superior than his enemies and also his teammates. His mentality is
known as “Mamba Mentality”. His ego and arrogance made him the famous “Black Mamba”.

To conclude, Michael Jordan is a better player than Kobe in terms of championship wise. But in
terms of dominance of the court, Kobe Bryant placed far better than Michael Jordan. So, in my
opinion Konbe Bryant deserves to be called the real Greatest Of All Time.
