process. This is the process that every company has to go through in order to
develop successful product. All of the 5 process are important to determine
whether or not the product is able to sold profitably. The second one is
concept development : front end process. Is to determine in which market the
product to sold. And in this process at almost any stage, new information may
become available or results learned that can cause the team to step back to
repeat an earlier activity before. The third one is process type. This is to
determine what type of product they want to develop and sold whether high
or low risk, customized or mass production product and etc. the fourth and
fifth is about Development process organization structure. This is about the
individual inside the organization and what their job and choosing
organizational structure in order to ensure all the members of the
development process organization able to do their job properly and leading to
the success of product development. And the last one is the reason why in the
development process we need to distributed job to other team members and
