I got nervous at first, I was short of breath and forgot what to say,
then I started to breathe and calm down. It helps me to relax

Yes, most of the time when I go to the front to talk something I feel
nervous, but I try to get over it with practice.

Some of the fears that I have are

I'm afraid of heights

I am afraid to speak in public

I think giving a talk in public is scary

I'm scared to go to the dentist

I enjoy doing exercises

I take a deep breath to calm my nerves
