Join ZOOM Meeting Guideline

Step: 01
Open your ZOOM invitation email and click or copy the “Join Zoom Meeting / Zoom Meeting Link"
invitation link and paste on your browser and press Enter.

On browser kindly click on the mentioned link.

After clicking the link Zoom download an installer file bottom of the browser.

After clicking the downloaded link Zoom automatically start installing.

After installed, below screen appears. Please type your name correctly and click Join Meeting button.

Stpe: 06
Please click Join with Computer Audio buttion. Now you have successfully joined Zoom meeting.

Step: 07
In addition, click Participants to see the participants list, also click Chat for send messages to
everyone or a single participant.
