Terms and Conditions

We recommend check-in in AT LEAST 2 hours prior to departure.

Check-in at www.goindigo.in is available.This option is for cabin baggage only. Not available for customers with
infants or groups.

Failure to check-in 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time will result in your booking being cancelled and
the fare retained.

Boarding gates close 45 minutes prior to the scheduled time of departure.Please report at your departure gate at
the indicated boarding time.Any passenger failing to report in time, may be refused boarding privileges.

Changes permitted more than two (2) hours prior to departure with payment of change fee and difference in fare if
applicable.

A security search is compulsory.

Your booking is non refundable and name changes are not permitted.

A selection of vegetarian & non-vegetarian oven-fresh croissants, delightful soft rumaali wraps, freshly hand-cut
sandwiches, flavoured cashew nuts, cookies and cold beverages may be purchased onboard.

If booked through a Travel Partner, a non-refundable transaction fee will be collected directly by the Travel Partner.

Free baggage allowance 15kg checked baggage and 7 kg (total max dim 115cms) cabin baggage. This allowance
does not apply to infants. No piece system applies. Excess baggage is charged at Rs 250/Kg.

This booking is governed by IndiGo's Fare rules and conditions of carriage that are available from Airport counters,
IndiGo Shops or www.goindigo.in

Flight schedules are subject to change and approval by authorities.

For all refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee is charged per sector per passenger. Cancellation
Charges for IndiGo flight on per sector per passenger basis are Rs. 1500 for domestic flights and Rs. 2000 for
international flights. Please note that cancellation charges are subject to change by the Airline at its sole discretion
and without notice to Company. The cancellation charges may be verified at the time of cancellation with the airline
by the User. Company shall in no way be held responsible or liable in case of any change in the Airline cancellation
charges.

In addition to the above cancellation charges, Company will charge a standard cancellation charge of Rs.200 per
person per sector in case of online cancellation and Rs.250 per person per sector in case of offline cancellation.
The aforesaid amount of Rs.250 per person may be changed by Company at its sole discretion and without notice

to the User. The User shall be responsible to check regularly on the Site www.goibibo.com to see if there has been
any change in the same.

For all non-refundable class tickets, the airline cancellation fee will be equal to base fare or Rs.950, whichever is
higher.

In case you buy an insurance & cancel the ticket, INR 30/- will be charged as cancellation charges.

For bookings made under special offer, the applicable discount amount shall be deducted from the final refund
amount.

Please note as per latest amendments in the Service Tax Regulations effective 1st Jul 2012, there will be a Service
Tax levied @ 4.944% for all travel originating from India.

Convenience charge of rs 175/- for one-way flight and rs 290/- for roundtrip flights, paid at the time of booking is a
non refundable fee and same shall be applicable on all cancellations including any partial cancellation requests .

Flight Delays, Reschedule or Cancellations


IndiGo reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or delay the commencement or continuance of a flight or to alter the
stopping place or to deviate from the route of the journey or to change the type of aircraft in use without incurring any
liability in damages or otherwise to the Customers or any other person whatsoever. Sometimes circumstances beyond
IndiGo's control result in flight delays, reschedule or cancellations. In such circumstances, IndiGo reserves the right to
cancel, reschedule or delay a flight without prior notice. Circumstances beyond IndiGo's control can include, without
limitation, weather; air traffic control; mechanical failures; acts of terrorism; acts of nature; force majeure; strikes; riots;
wars; hostilities; disturbances; governmental regulations, orders, demands or requirements; shortages of critical
manpower, parts or materials; labour unrest; etc. IndiGo does not connect to other airlines and is not responsible for any
losses incurred by Customers while trying to connect to or from other airlines.If an IndiGo flight is cancelled, rescheduled
or delayed for more than three hours, a Customer shall have the right to choose: a refund; or a credit for future travel on
IndiGo; or re-booking onto an alternative IndiGo flight at no additional cost subject to availability. In the special case in
which a subsequent portion of an IndiGo flight is cancelled while a Customer is already in transit, a Customer shall have
the right to choose: to remain at the transit station and to be re-booked onto an alternative IndiGo flight to the final
destination at no additional cost subject to availability; or to remain at the transit station and accept a partial refund for
the portion of the flight not completed; or to return to the point of origin and receive a refund; or a credit for future travel
on IndiGo; or re-booking onto an alternative IndiGo flight at no additional cost subject to availability. Please note that in
the event of flight delay, reschedule or cancellation, IndiGo does not provide compensation for travel on other airlines,
meals, lodging or ground transportation. IndiGo Fare - Fares are non-refundable. Changes are permitted if performed at
least 2 hours prior to scheduled flight departure (charges will be applicable). Failure to check in at least 45 min prior to
the scheduled departure time will result in the fare and surcharges being retained.

Flight Schedule Reconfirmation:-We recommend customers to reconfirm their flight schedule timings 24 Hrs prior to
departure to avoid inconvenience which could be caused due to last minute schedule change made by the airlines.

Conditions of Carriage
As used in this contract, 'ticket' means either the document titled 'Passenger Ticket and Baggage Check' or the
document titled 'Itinerary/Receipt' issued by the carrier or on its behalf and, if applicable, a boarding document; 'carriage'
is equivalent to 'transportation'; 'carrier' means all air carriers that carry or undertake to carry the passenger or his or her
baggage hereunder or perform any other service, incidental to such air carriage; 'Warsaw Convention' means that
Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air signed at Warsaw on 12th
October 1929, or that Convention as amended at The Hague, 26th September 1955, whichever may be applicable.
