The Mater Salutis Parish will be conducting the First Holy Communion of the Grade III pupils.

In this regard, may I humbly request your permission to let your Grade III pupils to join the First Holy
Communion this coming December 7, 2020, at 8:00 o’clock in the morning at the Mater Salutis Parish.

The requirements of the first communion are the following: Baptismal Certificate, 2 x 2 individual photo
and a registration of Php 500.

Attach here are the letter request for the parents to be inserted in the module of the pupils as well as the
schedule and dates for their reference.
