My work has touched and impacted more than thousand destitute women and widows by empowering

and supporting them in manufacturing hand crafted items and sell them in markets, so that they
become independent and do not face any atrocities like gender inequality and domestic violence.

Since almost all women associated with me are from rural background, my work played an important
role in rural development by making these ladies gain confidence and compete with their urban
counterparts.

My work has promoted several self-help groups and supported youth in fighting unemployment by
providing young college/school going student an opportunity to learn and become entrepreneur and
hence supported our PM’s Vision of “Aatm Nirbhar Bharat”.

My work has also supported in promotion of our rich Indian Tradition and culture through my art of
traditional jewelry and items for Indian festival like Rakshabandan, Diwali etc., promoting feeling of
patriotism among youth and promoting our culture outside India.

My work has also contributed in promoting Make in India Campaign, Local pe Vocal Initiatives of GOI. By
doing the outcome we received is reduced dependency on Chinese products and increased export and
dependency on Indian products.
