TRAFFIC LIGHT SYTEM ( STOP AND GO)

physical channels through which vehicle traffic is guided.

TRAFFIC CONTROL – is the control of movement of people and goods on

existing roads network by means of such devices as signals and markings in a short term and
at low capital cost in order to achieve safety mobility, good environment and energy
conversion.

5 MAJOR PHASES OF ENFORCEMENT PROCESS:

1. DETECTION- the wholly police responsibility which requires adequate training and
