BRICS CCI YOUNG LEADERS-

About:

The BRICS CCI Young leader is an integral part of the BRICS CCI, as a pan India platform
for young leaders to realize the dream of a developed nation. Through its programs and initiatives,
it will reach out to millions of youth across the country. BRICS CCI Young Leaders will hold more
than 100 activities each year under the pillars of Youth Leadership, Nation Building and Thought
Leadership, and connects with students through its institutional network.

BRICS CCI Young Leaders is first such youth vertical of a Chamber of Commerce in the world.
It is committed to the betterment of these young leaders and entrepreneurs and to enhance their
skills to make them a better human resource to contribute to International development and find the
best work opportunities. The initiative will provide extensive industry exposure and vibrant
opportunities towards sustainable development goals to these young leaders from the BRICS
nations to invest in themselves and the global economy.

The membership fee for the program for Indian students is Rs. 5000 and for foreign students it is
$100 (age group 18-35).

ASSOCIATIONS AND COLLABORATIONS-

To continue supporting young leaders across BRICS nations, we are open to collaboration from
various organizations and Universities from all five BRICS Nations. These collaborations are
usually with Universities, Corporate companies or organizations which have the same goals as ours
and are a part of our outreach program.

Associations/outreach:
1. International events: associations across BRICS nations.
2. Chapter events: Universities tie-ups, corporate tie-ups, Organizational tie-ups

Interaction of International Chapters- The collaboration can happen either domestically or

internationally. Collaboration domestically includes-
Memorandum of Understanding signing with
 UN based organizations
 Universities for trilateral Faculty and student exchange program
 Virtual Summits and Conferences
  Research projects.

For University Tie Ups we are sending invitations of collaboration to Business and Management
schools in BRICS nations under which the aim is
 To make BRICS CCI Young Leaders a part of their curriculum
 To host specific webinars in respect to each and every chapter.

INTERNATIONAL EVENTS-

International events are a very important part of BRICS CCI Young Leaders as it will be seen as an
opportunity for cross cultural dialogue and discussion. The Dialogues among BRICS CCI Young
Leaders across all the chapters will be seen as international events.

Statement of Purpose for Core Committees in International Chapters

The future lies in the hands of the youth, and to secure our future, we need to secure our youth
and organize them to lead in a sustainable way that fosters innovations and brings solutions to
the worldly problems.

Every Chapter is to be governed and regulated by a core steering committee, having one Chair and
around 14-20 young advisors who are influencers in their field of expertise such as
Entrepreneurship, Education, Business, Government sector and Civil society.

The core committee will provide opportunities like business related mentorship, investment
summits for budding startups, University tie-ups for student and faculty exchange programs,
building of a research portal for scholars and so on across BRICS Nations.

Mission and Vision: BRICS bloc has gained momentum and promises to be an alternative to pre-
established Western blocs such as G7 and Y7. Our aim to to convert the rich resources of youthful
bloc and help create a pool of network that will further help the countries grow stronger together.

Please note that the services of our Chapters will not only be restricted to BRICS nations and will
strive to ‘connect youth globally’.

The Committee members will realize this dream and become the face to lead a global platform and
will interact with their counterparts twice a year to discuss the progress and accommodate new
ideas for future.

OBJECTIVES and Commitment: The Committee members across BRICS Chapters will have no
financial obligation towards working in this cause. All position of leadership are on honorary
basis and aim to foster ‘YOUNG LEADERS- SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT GOALS’
and ‘BRICS & Beyond’ for the world.
