Dear Team,

Please note the Covid 19 Guidelines as follows:

1. Employee has to adhere to the COVID19 protocols viz:


a) Face mask: Wear the face mask all the time.
b) Temperature Scan: Get your temperature scan at Reception on your arrival at the office.
c) Symptoms: If you have any Covid19 symptoms, please talk to your Reporting officer for
Leave or Work from home facility as the case may be.
d) Hand Wash: Use Hand sanitizer or wash your hands frequently.
e) Internal Movement: Limit your movement in the office or contact with other departments.
Please use phone/video calls for inter-department communication.
f) Lunch or Tea Breaks: Please maintain the social distance while Tea or Lunch Breaks.
g) Access Card: Please use the Access Card instead of the Biometric thumb impression

2. Leaves: Employees having Covid19 or Covid19 like symptoms will be granted 3 days paid leaves
(other than the annual leaves) on submission of proper medical certificate. And the employees
taking further leaves can use the leaves upfront (Such leaves can be adjusted in the coming
months).

3. Quarantine: Employees got Covid19 positive are suggested to follow the Quarantine rules as per
the respective Govt Guidelines.

4. RTPCR Test: Employees returning after sick leaves (non Covid) must get a RTPCR test done, and
join the team if and only if the RTPCR result is negative, otherwise they can continue to be on
leaves as suggested in above Point No.2. Company will reimburse the RTPCR test (Max INR
750/-) for one time for this Q1 (the proper bills to be submitted for the reimbursement claim).

5. Floor Managers: The following employees will be nominated as the Floor managers to enforce
the Covid19 Protocols and take the appropriate decision in the best interest of the employee’s
health/safety and the Company:
a) Mr. Jalil G (II Floor)
b) Mr. Soumik Mitra (III Floor)

The floor managers can plan the team working schedule (Work from office/Work from home)
without affecting the Company business/Project schedules as the case may be.

The floor managers can plan the seating arrangements for the respective floors.
