Subject: Employment Contract Renewal Application Letter
Respected madam,

I am Rukundo John Austin, working at Citizens Medical, Gulu in the Radiological

Department as the Principle Medical Imaging Technologist. I have been employed in
this organisation for over a year now, i.e., since 1st December, 2020 in respect to my
previous contract. My work contract expired on 30th November 2021. I am writing
requesting you to kindly renew the working contract and update me about my
extended employment status.

We have faced a lot of business challenges as an organisation and in my case am

still battling personal ones. Never the less, I enjoy working with you and the team at
Citizens Medical because it gives me a conducive environment to put my skills and
professional practice to good use in promoting patient care and improving diagnostic
accuracy. I would like to inform you that during this time with you I have developed
fairly good skills working at the position of Medical Imaging Technologist in fields of,
patient CT examination, pattern recognition, machine and office management as well
as business development. As an employee at Citizens Medical Gulu, I respect my
employment position and I therefore request you for the renewal of my working
contract.

I will be grateful to you if my employment and working contract is extended at your

earliest convenience, so that we can continue working together for better business
growth and patient care.
