" 7300 Lowel Sha Westminster, CO 80030 Public Schools : 303.428.2600 | westminsterpublischools.org Where Education is Personal To Whom it May Concern: | am writing on behalf of Nicole Goll and highly recommend her for a position in your school district as a substitute teacher. | have had the pleasure of working with Nicole for the last few years at Hidden Lake High School, which is the alternative school setting for Westminster Public Schools. She was hired by our district as a paraprofessional buts so much more. Nicole does anything and everything in our building. She is responsible for all things related to technology, she operates the health room and attendance line, covers classes when asked, helps in the main office, works one on one with our students and has written course proposals. In my years knowing Nicole she has never said ‘no’ to anyone or any student. She is the hardest working staff member in the building. She is a jack of all trades, always learning new skills to use in school. She gets along great with al staf and all the students. While she is not officially a substitute teacher in our bullding, she is often requested by teachers to cover their classes when they are out. She has always done her best to stick with my lesson plans, is attentive and helpful to the students and leaves detailed notes as to how class went and my room is organized when I get back. We work in an alternative high school and deal with a lot of students who have significant trauma in their lives. Nicole approaches our students in a very trauma informed manner. She sets good, solid boundaries and is masterful at connecting and building relationships with the kids. It will be extremely difficult to replace Nicole and | am sad at the idea of her leaving. However, she is such a good teacher and needs to be in classrooms working with kids. | cannot recommend her highly enough. Please contact me if there is any other information | can provide.
