As the head of the mathematics department at Hidden Lake High school, {have worked alongside Ms. Goll for several years and have always been truly impressed by her ability to work dynamically with every person in every situation presented to achieve what is best for our students. Nicole has been presented with a wide variety of tasks, from Technology Specialist for the entire school to Substitute Teacher for every content, and has succeeded the expectations of each one with grace and enthusiasm. In addition to her technological fluency, Ms. Goll has a true passion for education. While balancing all of the complications the world has been put through in recent years, Nicole has thrived. She completed her degree, obtained a substitute license, and raised her family all while ‘working more than fall time for several jobs during a global pandemic. Additionally, Ms. Goll has exceeded all expectations whenever she has substituted for my classes. Though her passion is in Humanities, Nicole will actively lear the content in each one of my math classes in order to effectively explore the material with our students. Nicole also took the initiative to create dynamic material to introduce cultural awareness in a supportive and thought provoking manner. These skills of taking material, learning it thoroughly, and then challenging one’s self to improve upon it are qualities that make Ms, Goll stand out as an empathetic and fair collaborative leader in our school.
