Your advert for a Human Resource Clerk role that appeared on the Snday Mil on 21 march2021
is of great interest to me with my Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Human Resources
Management attained at Midlands State University with 2nd upper division and with one full year
experience in the Ministerial setup at Provincial Level. I am very much interested to pursue a
career with you.

 Some of my key competences which i believe will help me execute the office of Human
Resource Clerk include supreme oral and written communication skills, the ability to promote
workplace equality regardless of ethnicity, cultural difference and gender and also highly flexible
and adaptable.  Lastly i am also someone who is a strong team player. My education and
internship experience at the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education in Bindura made me
well conversant of latest HR practices and processes, and develop work environment strategies
that increase employee performance and satisfaction hence giving me the ability to best fit for
the post.
