Accused, by himself, unto this Honorable Court, respectfully states:

1. The accused invoked the right to speedy trial after the

prosecution failed to appear despite notice;
2. That in the Oder of the Honorable Court dated November 16,
2018, this case is PROVISIONALLY DISMISSED.
3. APP Anita A. Gaduang-Rojales did not interpose any objection
provided that the dismissal would only be provisional.
4. However, the Honorable Court has not ordered the release of the
accused.

WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing, accused most respectfully prays

that Release Order be issued in favor of the accused..
Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
