SERVICE AGREEMENT

THIS AGREEMENT, made this _____________ day of

________________________, 20__, by and between:

ABUEME ENTERPRISES, with principal office (complete ADDRESS),

represented herein by (NAME OF REPRESENTATIVE), hereinafter known as the
“SERVICE PROVIDER”;

and
JULIET FARM, a corporation/company with principal office in San Fernando,
Cebu City, represented herein by (NAME OF REPRESENTATIVE), hereinafter known
as the “CLIENT”;

-WITNESSETH-

That for the consideration hereinafter named, the said Service Provider agrees to
render its services to the Client in accordance with the description, standards, and general
conditions of this contract, the following are the terms and conditions

I. SCOPE OF WORK

1. The Service Provider will render services for the construction and completion of WET
STANDPIPE, and shall provide all the necessary labor and manpower;

2. The place of work shall at (State full address)

II. TIME FRAME

1. Upon receipt of the fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price, the Service
Provider will immediately start construction of the project.

2. The construction of the project is expected to be completed within

___________________ from the start of the Service Provider’s work.

3. In the event a longer period is necessary for the completion of the work, the
Service Provider will immediately inform the client over the same.

I. WARRANTY

1. The Service Provider shall provide one (1) year warranty to make necessary
repairs and replacement/re-installation if needed against any defect of the said
project.

MISCELLANEOUS

1. No back charges or changes under this contract will be recognized or paid for,
unless agreed to in writing by both parties before the work is done or the changes
made.

 2. The Service Provider shall be responsible for performance of work by his
employees, agents or his subcontractors, and agrees to bind his subcontractors to
all provisions of this agreement.

3. The Client shall provide a place where it is safe for the workers, laborers and
other personnel to rest, and sleep.

4. Any payment made by the clients to the Service Provider is non refundable.

IN CONSIDERATION WHEREOF, the said Client agrees to pay to the said

Service Provider, the sum of _____________________________ Pesos (Php _________)
for the labor and work, said amount to be paid as follows: __________________ percent
(________%) down payment upon signing of this contract and the rest of the remaining
balance shall be paid in March 25, 2021. The client shall pay One percent interest (1%)
per month in case of failure to pay the remaining balance on the date mentioned herein.
The parties for themselves, hereby agree to the full performance of the covenants of this
agreement.
