As a pre-release build, there are still some known issues to fix. Here’s a list of those outstanding. Please note
your review build will be updated to the retail build, with fixes for all the below included, on September 22nd.
Miscellaneous
Localisation is not yet complete in all languages. We recommend playing in English where convenient.
The Game Guide is not yet available – any links which take you to the game guide will currently show
a “Coming Soon” page.
Game launcher not yet present.
Compatibility
AMD R9 200 series GPU - changing Anti-Aliasing from FXAA to 2X MSAA may cause game to crash.
This is a driver issue we are working with AMD to resolve.
Applying x8 MSAA with AMD R9 200 series GPU’s may cause artefacts on Water.
Rare crashes may occur when changing graphics settings regularly.
AMD Vega GPUs and Ryzen Threadripper CPUs have not yet been tested due to lack of hardware
availability.
Rare and very sporadic crashes might be encountered – reloading your save game should enable
continued progression.
It is recommended that you play in DX11. DX12 is still beta.
Gameplay
Rogue armies not recruiting units efficiently and therefore may remain passive.
AI controlled Black Arks not recruiting garrison units efficiently.
Known progression blocker during tutorial in Traditional Chinese – opting to play without the
tutorial is viable.
Loyalty dilemmas sometimes do not name the Lord which the dilemma applies to until the dilemma
has been completed.
Battle unit balancing is not yet final.
When playing as Mazdamundi, If the capital city of Hexoatl is razed by an enemy, Mazdamundi will
be unable to recolonise it.
Visual
Hydra and Carnosaur animations may leave floating dead bodies behind after concluding matched
combat animations where standard troops are killed.
Siege equipment unit cards displayed in the pre-battle scene and custom battle show incorrect
faction’s siege equipment.
Some minor UI visual issues may be encountered.
Audio
Audio balancing not complete.
