FLAG RAISING CEREMONY CUM KAPEHAN 2021

1. The Schools Division Office of Lucena City in its desire to set the tone and foster
camaraderie among the personnel, will conduct KAPEHAN 2021 which will be
held on January 4, 2021, 7:45 in the morning at Lucena City Teachers and
Employees Conference Center (LCTECC) – second floor, Lucena West I ES
Compound, Ilayang Iyam, Lucena City.

2. The activity specifically aims to:

• promote open line of communication; and
• set new direction for improved performance in the year 2021.

3. All division personnel are encouraged to attend the said activity and requested to
wear their polka dots attire and bring their glass mugs. Moreover, as health
protocol, everyone is reminded to please wear face mask and face shield and
strictly observe physical distancing.

4. Immediate and widest dissemination of this Memorandum is earnestly desired.
