1. What is your major? Marketing Year in school? 2nd Semester Freshmen

2. What experience do you have in landscaping (if any)? During the summers throughout
high school I would do any landscaping work that needed to be done for the widows in my
church. This usually entailed lawn moving, picking weeds, chopping down trees and
moving rocks. I have also leveled out gravel and cleared paths for camping.

3. What do you feel is your best personal value you would bring to our team? I am a team
player that works hard in everything that I do. I am encouraging to the people around me,
and I take pride in all of the work I do.

4. Describe your work history (workstation, summer employment, etc.) I have worked in
bell staff the past year including the summer work program. Before that, I have worked in
restaurants around Branson since my sophomore year of high school.

5. Do you have any issues with the following:

a. Working in heat? no
b. Working in cold? no
c. Lifting 40+ lbs? no

6. What are your expectations of working in the Landscaping Department? I expect to get
some physical exercise in an environment where what I am doing on a day-to-day bases is
not always the same.

7. Do you have a driver’s license? Yes.

8. What experience do you have operating equipment (tractors, mowers, tillers, etc.)? just
experience with push and riding mowers.
