their current and future needs and to shape our business to meet those.

Clients tell us they value our partnership culture, and we honour the spirit of teamwork and
collaboration on which our firm was built – but we also provide the benefits of working with an

recognised as a responsible business, one which uses its skills and resources to positive effect in the
community.

We can provide clients with an integrated, high quality advice in almost every part of the world.

> Relationship focused – Our dedicated team will invest the time and resources to make
working with you as seamless as possible. We will ensure the highest level of service and
commitment is delivered by the team.

what we do within our global team. Ultimately, we have the market credibility and expertise to

ceremony and we don’t try to score points. We aim to get the deal done as efficiently as
possible and work co-operatively with any other advisers you may wish to engage alongside
us.

> Cost effective and efficient – For any matter on which we are instructed, we will ensure there
is transparency and regular communication regarding the work being done and the progress
of fees throughout the course of the matter.

1
> Speed of execution – We regard our project management capabilities to be almost as
important as the quality of the advice we provide. Our commitment, energy, speed of
execution and approachability are key qualities which all members of the team have.

well as corporate reorganisations.

We regularly advise on the tax issues that are key to structuring domestic and cross-border
