DERECK: Hi Kendra! Good morning, let’s start! 
KENDRA: Sleep is very important for your health
(dispositive). We all have a body clock that makes us
stay awake in the day and sleep at night. (dispositive de
un despertador sonando) and most people need about 8
hours at sleep, 8 hours, yes you listen 8 hours. 
Of course when you are sick you need to
sleep longerrrrrr, 9, 10 or 11 hours so you can get better
(dispositive enfermo o alguien durmiendo). 
Now the question is: Do you have good sleep habits?
This is a great question, Dereck what do you think? 
DERECK: Well, let me tell you something I interviewed some people to ask them
about good sleep habits do you want to watch it?  
KENDRA: Of course,

PERSON 1: How many hours do you sleep every night? 
                     Do you stay up as late as possible and watch tv or surf the internet?

4.- Are you very tired when you wake up in the morning? 
 
DERECK: As you see Kendra, people doesn’t have good sleep habits and what about
you? 
KENDRA:  mmmm, eh, oh it’s difficult but I will try it
