Remove walls of the Maids
Room & Toilet.

Add a Toilet space within the
Kitchen space.

Demolish and contrsuct a new
extended wall by 0.97m as

Modification-01: First Floor
-Contruct a slab extension of the
Shaft to use as an additional
space to the first floor to extend
the Toilet space.

In addition we will reconfigure

the walk-in entrances as shown
in the clouded area.

- The roof extension will act as a

ceiling for the first floor and will
not be an accessible roof
terrace. It will remain a shaft for
the MEP services.
