VI. Rationale:
Leadership and training are very important strategies in developing
and enhancing the student leaders' skills and governance. It is therefore one of the vital
roles of a certain schools to conduct student leaders training or seminar workshop for them
to understand better of being a leader: thus, this training is designed and with the theme:
"Inspiring Student Leaders Effective Leadership," Hence, the main purpose of this
training is to understand each of the student leaders.
This seminar workshop is an excellent approach for them to find their ways and
personalities as student leaders and to motivate them to continue being effective leaders to
the organizations that they control and govern.
