Assessment 3: Video Job Interview/Video Resume.

Video Job Interview

Lecturer is required to video call his/her students and do a 2-3 minute job interview taking
the role as an interviewer. Interviewer is to ask questions to evaluate student’s academic
qualifications, curriculum involvements, leadership skills, and other relevant questions
required to determine if the student interviewed is qualified for the position for which
he/she is applying, and if the student would be a good fit for your company.

Video Resume
Assume that you are applying for a job with ABC Company. The company requires you to
send a video resume. Create a 3 minute video highlighting your credentials. Use your
creativity and share your excitement about starting your career; technical excellence in your
field; leadership with proven impact; excellent public speaking, listening, written, and/or
interpersonal skills; passion for success in everything you do. This assignment is good
preparation for answering the common interview question, Tell Me About Yourself.
